This is the first time I have not had a good experience on Alibaba. We are a small manufacturing company in the USA and have imported hundreds of thousands of dollars of raw materials and machines, but this one arrived broken and out of spec from what we requested.
On top of that, the contact person we negotiated with for over 9 months to get this machine made deleted their channel and is no longer available to contact.
It cost us 2x more than we anticipated, took 2x as long to receive than anticipated, it arrived with the wrong power source so we had to contract a custom power converter, and after all that it was broken in the first place, so it was a complete waste. Very unsatisfied.
